Vegetables give Pamela Anderson best orgasms ever

If you want to improve your sexual life, but you don’t know how to do it, then it is better to listen to a pro. However another question appears: who can be considered a professional in this quite intimate field? It can be a man or a woman who can boast of having an extensive experience in sex. Actress Pamela Anderson, former Playboy superstar, is just the right person at this point. And the following is her extremely valuable piece of advice.

Pamela Anderson is urging her fans to energize their sex lives by turning vegetarian. To commemorate the National Orgasm Day, Pam gave credit to her healthy diet that helped her live what she considers to be a fabulous sex life.

She writes on her website, "For your best orgasm ever, go vegetarian."

In support of Anderson's claims, a spokeswoman for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals says, "[Because] meat clogs arteries going not just to your heart but other vital organs, the best sex tip is to go veggie.” Allnews reports.

Anderson explained that vegetarians have more interest in sex. In addition, the sex star said that the vegetarian diet helps her to have more intense experiences in bed.

Anderson is a vegetarian, an advocate for animal rights, and an active member of the animal protection organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

In 1999, Anderson received the first Linda McCartney Memorial Award for animal rights protectors. The award was given to Pamela for her campaign against fur, lightingnews says.

Porn stars' karaoke nights

BURBANK (California) - EVEN the most ardent fans of porn star Julie Meadows are unlikely, it seems safe to say, to have ever seen her like this.

But there she is, the star of 'Alice in Fetishland' and more than 200 other hardcore sex films, standing on a stage, dressed demurely in jeans, matching vest and white top, her blonde hair piled up under a fetching white watchman's cap, belting out an enthusiastic but entirely PG-rated version of that old garage-band rock classic 'Wild Thing'.

'Wild Thing I think I love you - BUT I WANT TO KNOW FOR SURE!' Meadows growls, as fellow porn star Nicki Hunter, in a white mini-dress, leaps on stage to harmonise. A moment later, when Meadows breaks into some impressive air-guitar moves, the crowd howls its approval.

Don't get the wrong idea. This isn't the opening scene for a porn video. It's simply Porn Star Karaoke Night at Sardo's Grill & Lounge, a friendly little hole-in-the-wall place that six nights out of the week is just another karaoke pub.

The club, in fact, offers Family Fridays when parents can bring their children. On Mondays, people play Rock Band 2 while they sing. On Wednesdays there are trivia games.

But on Tuesday nights, when just about everybody else is getting ready for bed in this quiet suburb on the edge of Los Angeles, Sardo's becomes the place to be for anyone who has ever been, or who wants to be, connected with the porn business. Between beery versions of popular songs, this is where the deals that lead to films like 'Video Voyeur' often get made. -- AP

Meredith Baxter a lesbian

LOS ANGELES - MEREDITH Baxter, a star of the 1980's sitcom 'Family Ties", said on Wednesday she was a lesbian as media reports and published photos of her and a woman embracing began to surface in public.

Baxter, 62, told NBC's 'The Today Show' that she discovered she was gay seven years ago, several years after her divorce to her third husband. She said her five children, who range from ages 25 to 42, supported her when she told them.

'I am a lesbian, and it was a later-in-life recognition,' she said. 'I got involved with someone I never expected to get involved with, and it was that kind of awakening. I had a great deal of difficulty connecting with men in relationships.'

Her comments came amid recent online photographs of her walking with her girlfriend of four years, building contractor Nancy Locke, and reports that she attended a Caribbean cruise with some 1,200 lesbians, which she confirmed.

Baxter said she decided to speak to the media to set the facts straight. She also said she was once so paranoid the media would expose her secret that she asked Locke, who was openly gay, to park her truck farther away.

'She said, 'No'. I thought, 'All right.' I had to reach a level of comfort. It wasn't fair to push her back into some kind of secrecy, and the nice thing is that we live very 'out' lives in Los Angeles,' Baxter said. -- REUTERS
