Red Carpet Buzz: Lily Collins

Lily Collins
Who: Lily Collins
What: Wondercon Priest screening on Friday
Wear: Yigal Azrouël resort 2011 dress

Lily Collins, having made her acting debut inThe Blind Side, has moved on to the vampire horror movie Priest, playing opposite True Blood heartthrob Stephen Moyer. For the screening she wore a silk Yigal Azrouël mini dress with cut out shoulders. We love how the textures of water form a silk and leather look that is positively decadent. The cut-out leather adds a dash of sex appeal to the demure shift shape of the dress, and the black leather inset highlights her svelte figure. Collins keeps the whole look sleek with minimal accessories and nude heels.

Red Carpet Buzz: Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis
Who: Mila Kunis
What: Cosmo's Fun Fearless Males of 2011
Wear: Boca Negra suit, Christian Louboutin shoes, Ferragamo clutch, Caleo pinch earrings

Leaving the ballet slippers behind, the Black Swan actress paired Louboutins with a svelte all-white Boca Negra suit earlier this week. Despite her choice of a menswear-inspired get up, the 27-year-old actress looked elegant with her hair swept to the side, flashing Caleo earrings. Kunis was awarded Fun Fearless Female at Cosmopolitan's Fun Fearless Males of 2011 event stating, "I'd like to think I'm fun and fearless, but I think I have my days where I'm probably really scared and not so much fun. But I'd like to think I take risks and take chances and enjoy my life."
Up next for Kunis: a film with Justin Timberlake, Friends with Benefits, which hits theaters in July.

Oscar winner Bier switches gears with Brosnan

The next project for Danish director Susanne Bier, who won the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar for In a Better World, is a romantic comedy, All You Need Is Love, starring Pierce Brosnan.
Bier's Oscar-winning drama focused on youth violence. Her film Brodre was adapted in English as Brothers, a war drama starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Tobey Maguire and Natalie Portman. Also, she filmed Things We Lost in the Fire, her English-language debut about a broken family.

Bier told Italian newspaper La Repubblica, "It's a tender story with a much lighter atmosphere than my previous works; enough with conflicts."
Brosnan called the new project a "delightful love story" mixing the serious and humorous. She wrote the screenplay with Brosnan in mind for the lead role, though the story centers on a Danish family. His next project is the religion-themed comedy Salvation Boulevard.

All You Need is Love begins production in Amalfi in spring.

HOLLYWOOD - HOLLYWOOD'S brightest stars finally hit the red carpet on Sunday for the climax of its annual awards season, with British royal drama The King's Speech hoping to be crowned with Oscars glory.

Academy Awards co-host Anne Hathaway was among the first to arrive at the Kodak Theater, resplendent in a red strapless, big bustled dress likely to be the first among numerous costume changes in store during the evening.

'There's a lot more sucking in tonight,' said first-time nominee Jennifer Lawrence, 20, reflecting the mood as photographers snapped away at the parade of glittering gowns on the Hollywood Boulevard runway.

'It's unbelievable. I never played football, so this is the closest I'll get to the Super Bowl,' added Jesse Eisenberg, up for best actor for his portrayal of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network. The Oscars show is the culmination of the multi-billion movie industry's awards season and has been preceded by months or frantic campaigning for the coveted gold statuettes waiting to be handed out on Sunday night.
