The recovering junkie looked very close to NEVILLE as they walked arm-in-arm along the beach on her return to the paradise island.
The skinny star sought comfort in Neville's beefy body after angering locals and posh holidaymakers with a TOPLESS streak.
An onlooker said: "Everyone was shocked. One minute Amy was relaxing with friends on the beach and the next she was running around half-naked.
"She seems to like lounging around topless and might have had enough of being told what to do.
"She was talking to herself as she ran and flailing her arms around but we couldn't tell what she was saying - it didn't make a bit of sense."

Amy, who is soon to be divorced from jailbird husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL, has grown fond of St Lucia after spending two months there recovering from her drug addiction and writing new material for her new album at the start of the year.
Could it be she is growing very fond of her bodyguard too?
The pair can look forward to more beach strolls as the singer is rumoured to be buying a £3m house on the Caribbean island.
